This exhibition focuses on the new ecology of smart, green and safe car lighting, attracting the top forces of the global automotive lighting industry chain to gather together. In the LED chip exhibition area, as the core of the industry, Sanan Optoelectronics, BOE Huacan, Aoyang Shunchang, Jingneng Optoelectronics and ams Osram Systems demonstrated technologies such as high-pixel Micro LED and digital light sources, laying the foundation for the evolution of intelligent lighting and display systems for car lights.
The packaging link is the key to connection technology and application. Leading companies such as Jinko Electronics, Nationstar Optoelectronics, Hongli Zhihui, Ruifeng Optoelectronics, Everlight Electronics, Tiandian Optoelectronics, Shengpu Optoelectronics and Ruituo Electronics each show their talents. These companies have brought solutions covering ADB smart headlight modules, Mini LED vehicle backlights and sign light solutions that comply with ADS regulations, fully demonstrating a leapfrog breakthrough in domestic car-grade packaging technology.
In terms of driver chips, Chitron and Nanochip focused on promoting highly integrated intelligent driver and control chips, which enable out-of-car interaction and cockpit atmosphere creation through refined current control solutions. Finally, in the field of system integration, first-line automotive lighting manufacturers such as Huayu Vision, Xingyu Co., Ltd., Liaowang Auto Lighting, Anrui Optoelectronics and Yishan Auto Lighting have transformed cutting-edge light source technology into terminal products such as DLP intelligent projection, megapixel digital headlights and multi-screen linkage interactive systems.

In this exhibition, Sanan Optoelectronics systematically presented its in-depth technological accumulation in the fields of dynamic forward lighting, autonomous driving signs and healthy cockpits.
In the field of automotive exterior lighting, Sanan Optoelectronics focused on demonstrating the Dynamic Forward Lighting system (Dynamic Forward Lighting). Its product matrix covers ADB matrix headlights that can adjust 16 to 108 pixels, Micro pixel headlights with 25,000 pixels, and DLP pixel headlight solutions.
For more cutting-edge microchip headlights, Sanan Optoelectronics has launched a pixelated headlight solution based on Micro LED and ASIC 3D stacking technology. This solution uses 0.18 micron CMOS process and active drive technology to achieve a resolution of up to 128x128 (16K pixels) and an ultra-fine pixel pitch of 35 microns.
In addition, in response to the needs of L3 and above autonomous driving, the company demonstrated an ADS blue-green light identification light solution that meets regulatory requirements, ensuring the reliability of intelligent driving status recognition through precise coordinate output from 490 to 497.5 nanometers. Also on display are high-reliability turn signal and brake light sources, all of which comply with stringent vehicle regulatory verification standards such as AEC-Q101/102.

In terms of interior application and core technology in the cockpit, Sanan Optoelectronics has brought a full-spectrum reading light solution, which provides healthy lighting by simulating the natural light spectrum, aiming to relieve visual fatigue of drivers and passengers.
At the same time, for the display field, the company demonstrated MiP (Micro LED in Package) packaging technology in detail. The MiP0202 device supports AM drive mode, has 16Bit high grayscale expansion capabilities and excellent HDR display effects, effectively solving industry pain points such as flicker and display uniformity.
In the process display area, Sanan Optoelectronics shared its complete full-process management and control system for automotive chips, covering every key link from epitaxial design, chip manufacturing, scribing and polishing to BE AOI detection and visual inspection. Through the vertically integrated IDM model, the high brightness, long life and high consistency of the vehicle light source are fully guaranteed.

BOE Huacan Optoelectronics debuted with Micro LED pixel headlights, vehicle-mounted interactive screens and a full range of car-grade light source solutions.
In the core technology display area, BOE Huacan highlighted Micro ADB pixel car lights, which have a particle count of 41,140 and a resolution of 374x110. The module's light-emitting area size is 14.96x4.4mm, the pixel size is only 34.5μm, and the brightness exceeds 2,000lm. It achieves high-brightness digital lighting with 10,000-level pixels and provides a solid hardware foundation for safe guidance of intelligent driving. In addition, for the cutting-edge applications of Micro LED, the booth also presented high-precision chip solutions for HUD (27x47μm) and ADB (40x40μm).
In terms of automotive-grade light source matrix, BOE Huacan demonstrated a full-scenario chip product line, covering various chip structures such as formal, vertical and flip-chip. The external lighting part includes headlight sources (inverted 40/43mil, vertical 40mil), daytime running lights, turn signals, brake lights and blue-green light identification lights that comply with ADS regulations.
Internal lighting provides instrument panel, button backlight, ambient lighting and vehicle backlight chips, especially the Mini LED vehicle backlight series, which provides formal chips in various specifications such as 0922 and 2235, as well as highly integrated solutions such as Mini COB 0620/0620 PLUS.

There are also many highlights in the field of vehicle-mounted interaction. BOE Huacan exhibited a large-sized vehicle-mounted interactive screen of 96*9cm, with a dot pitch of P1.5 and a weight of 5000g. The screen supports high-pixel display and deep customization, and can present text reminders and dynamic driving data in real time, significantly improving the vehicle's socialization and interactive safety performance. Through this exhibition, BOE Huacan has proven that it has full-chain delivery capabilities from chip definition to complex module matching under the background of AEC-Q102 certification.

Aoyang Shunchang focused on displaying its CSP series products with large lighting angles. This series has a 180° ultra-wide luminous viewing angle and a luminous power covering 0.1W to 1W. With its extremely compact and thin design, this series significantly saves the internal installation space of the lamp, and has excellent Class 3B corrosion resistance, making it suitable for harsh automotive application environments. This product has passed AEC-Q102 certification and is widely used in the fields of logo lights and front and rear penetration lights.

In response to the demand for autonomous driving sign lights, Aoyang Shunchang demonstrated a Cyan color "small blue light" solution with high saturation. This solution uses self-developed chips, coupled with bracket-free and gold-wire-free CSP packaging technology. It not only has full colors, but also has extremely high heat flow stability and chromaticity coordinate stability, ensuring signal recognition under intelligent driving conditions.
At the same time, Aoyang Shunchang also brought an integrated solution of CSP + surface light source. This solution uses patented pad expansion technology and eutectic bonding technology to achieve uniform light-emitting and grain-free visual effects without the need for reflective surfaces and diffusion covers, greatly reducing the thickness of the lamp body and providing customers with full-chain customization services from "chip end to surface light source module".

Jingneng Optoelectronics debuted with green and smart car-grade products and solutions, covering scenarios such as exterior lighting, interactive display and interior ambient lighting.
The intelligent through-type daytime running light solution is equipped with 50 Smart-RGB LED light sources, integrating running water turn signals, tail lights, ADS automatic driving prompts and other functions into one, and supports OTA upgrades to add new lighting modes to achieve a green integration of functionality and personalization.
For smart driving safety, the ADS LED series strictly complies with regulatory requirements. It effectively solves the problems of color shift and brightness attenuation through multiple packaging forms such as ceramic, EMC, and PLCC, and provides reliable protection for smart driving with high visibility.
In terms of interactive display, the pixel pitch is 2.2mm, single pixels emit uniform light, and the LED package is diffused and softened to ensure the visual experience while optimizing energy consumption performance.
The cabin interior ambient light lamp bead integrates an LED driver, with factory-by-bead calibration and differential signal transmission capabilities, fast switching between day mode and night mode, and global current adjustment (7bit). Among them, the "starry sky interior light" is composed of 154 Smart-RGB LEDs arranged in a matrix, and combined with a light-diffusion plate and a light-transmitting surface, it can achieve a variety of luminous effects through light-transmitting patterns. Intelligent voice synchronization or emotional adaptation mode can be integrated later to enhance the comfortable and immersive cockpit experience.

ams OSRAM systematically displayed a number of its core products leading the development of automotive LED technology at the exhibition, covering a full range of applications from advanced headlight systems to smart cockpit interaction solutions.
In the field of headlight lighting, ams-OSRAM highlighted the EVIYOS HD 25 Micro LED adaptive headlights with 25,600 pixels. This technology has been successfully introduced into models such as Volkswagen Touareg, Tiguan L Pro and NIO ET9.

Nationstar Optoelectronics made its grand debut with four major product lines: smart headlights, exterior signal lights, smart cockpits and smart interaction.
In the field of smart headlights, Nationstar Optoelectronics focused on demonstrating the 10,000-pixel digital Micro LED light source module. This product uses eutectic bonding technology to integrate micron-level chips into CMOS control circuits, achieving independent control of 40,700 pixels. This module has a tiny size of 0.61 inches, a high luminous flux of 2,500 lumens, and an ultra-fine pixel pitch of 40 microns. It can accurately realize complex scenes such as traffic light avoidance, lane safety guidance, and dynamic zebra crossing courtesy.

The product has the characteristics of high brightness, low power consumption and high contrast, and is still clearly visible under strong sunlight, meeting the interactive needs of vehicle personalized display and dynamic light language.
For exterior signal applications, Nationstar Optoelectronics displayed a full-color product matrix, including the "National Intelligent Driving" series that meets the requirements of ADS regulations and the ultra-red dazzling high-brightness series, covering a variety of mainstream platforms such as 2835, 2720, 2016 and PLCC2/4/6, and all have passed AEC-Q102 quality certification.
In the smart cockpit exhibition area, Nationstar Optoelectronics brought a highly competitive Mini LED backlight module. This module supports more than 2,000 independent dimming zones, has a contrast ratio of up to one million to one, and the entire screen thickness is less than 3 mm, bringing ultimate image quality performance to the central control screen and entertainment screen. At the same time, high-brightness HUD light sources and conventional backlight sources of various sizes are also on display simultaneously, covering various needs from instrument panels to interior lighting.

In the light source device dimension, Hongli Automotive Semiconductor demonstrated automotive LED light source solutions covering the full power range (0.01W to 36W). In the core area of the booth, the company focused on displaying 6W-36W high-power products specially designed for front-mounted headlight lighting, as well as 0.2W-5W exterior signal light sources, including mature series platforms such as Yaomin A3528, A3433, A2835 and A2720.
It is worth noting that the company also highlighted the ADB 96-pixel headlight source at the scene. This product achieves pixel-level precise light control and adaptive adjustment through independent control of micron-level chips, providing core light source guarantee for high-end smart car lights.
