Azure Lithium Core: Announcement on Investing in led Projects in Malaysia

On the evening of

August 18, the company announced that the fourth meeting of the seventh session of the board of directors held on August 15, 2025, deliberated and adopted the "Proposal on Investing in LED Projects in Malaysia" and agreed to the holding subsidiary Huai 'an Aoyang Shunchang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. ("Huai 'an Optoelectronics") to invest in the construction of LED projects in Malaysia, with a total investment of 8,38US$80,000 for a new LEDCSP project. This project was implemented by Huaian Optoelectronics, which established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong and through its newly established wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia. After the project is fully completed and reaches production, it is expected to have a monthly production capacity of 700KK chip point testing and sorting and CSP chip packaging, which will greatly enhance the company's product supply guarantee and expansion capabilities for overseas customers and lay a good foundation for the company's global industrial layout.
