BOE Precision Announces 2025 Results

On March 24, BOE Precision announced its 2025 results.

The company's revenue for the year ending December 31, 2025 was HK$13.957 billion (approximately RMB 12.260 billion), an increase of approximately 4% from HK$13.449 billion in 2024; net profit attributable to shareholders was HK$345 million (approximately RMB 303 million), a decrease of approximately 12% from 2024.

In terms of business, the automotive display business is still BOE Precision's top growth driver, recording revenue of HK$13.025 billion (approximately RMB 11.441 billion), accounting for approximately 93% of the company's overall revenue. Up to now, BOE Precision has served more than 100 automotive industry chain companies around the world, and its products and smart cockpit solutions have been fully used in almost all global mainstream automotive brands.

In terms of product technology iteration, the company's market share in the field of low-temperature polysilicon ("LTPS") and oxide ("OXIDE") technologies continues to increase. The annual shipment volume of LTPS products has recorded a rapid growth of nearly 70%. At the same time, it has obtained many project appointments. It is expected that the shipment volume of LTPS products will increase rapidly in the next few years.

The industrial display business recorded revenue of HK$932 million (approximately RMB 819 million), accounting for approximately 7% of the company's overall revenue. As the market accelerates the transition from traditional monochrome display products to larger-size and full-color TFT display products, the company continues to expand emerging application scenarios derived from artificial intelligence integration and gradually builds a second growth curve.

In addition, BOE Precision also continued to promote global production capacity layout during the reporting period. The domestic Heyuan plant expansion project has officially started, which will further increase the production capacity of medium and large-sized vehicle display modules and system assemblies, and improve production consistency through a more automated and digitalized production line structure to support structural growth in the next few years.

The yield rate and efficiency of the Chengdu base continued to improve, and this year it further strengthened its position as the core base for the company's medium and large vehicle display products. The construction of the new material innovation production base in Hefei is also progressing steadily. In the future, it will use differentiated flexible production capabilities to assist the development of the company's innovative display business and new material business.

In terms of overseas bases, the Vietnam production base successfully achieved the first full-process product lighting in 2025, marking the official completion of the global supply chain network. In the future, the base will promote mass production according to the rhythm of orders, and play an important role in coping with geopolitical risks and expanding overseas localization business capabilities.
