According to data, Xinyuan Micro's main business is the research and development, production and sales of semiconductor special equipment. Its main products are developing equipment, cleaning equipment and other products, many of which can be used in the field of OLED manufacturing. According to Biwang information, Xinyuan Micro's wet stripping machine and wafer cleaning machine successfully won the bid for BOE's silicon-based micro display project in July 2025.

In 2025, the company will achieve operating income of 1.948 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 11.11%; net profit attributable to the parent company is 72 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 64.64%; non-net profit after deducting is -18 million yuan.

Xinyuan Micro said that according to the relevant provisions of "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 16 - Government Subsidies", the above-mentioned government subsidies received by the company are government subsidies related to income. The above-mentioned government subsidies have not been audited. The specific accounting treatment and impact on the company's 2026 profits and losses will ultimately be subject to the results of the annual audit and confirmation by the audit agency.
