Canada's Bella Dental, defining medical care with light

Bella Dental is one of the largest and most technologically advanced smile rehabilitation centers in the world. It is a top clinic located in Montreal, Canada. Since the beginning of the project, we have continued to push the boundaries of the dental practice space. We integrate a full range of creative capabilities, covering architecture and interior design, brand experience, medical workflow and immersive digital experience design, to re-create dental care into a highly integrated, people-centered space environment.

The ceiling becomes the unified core element of the space, with light outlining its curved outline, which not only guides visitors smoothly through the clinic, but also strengthens the unique identity of the space.

We choose to use light as the connecting medium: it guides movement, highlights form, and shapes perception. The project designed a variety of lighting scenes based on human behavior and emotional states, creating a soothing, relaxing, exciting, or focused atmosphere at each stage of the patient's diagnosis and treatment journey. We analyze natural light, shadow and solar rhythm, and integrate the dynamic changes of natural light and shadow into the spatial narrative.

By customizing LED surface light sources, we restored the texture of natural light in a space that is both futuristic and natural. This design not only enriches the material texture and spatial circulation, but also creates a unique medical experience - transforming the dental clinic into an immersive journey, realizing the symbiosis of light, nature and technology.

Bella Dental is much more than a clinic, redefining medical care through architecture, experience and light. Patients don’t just visit, they actually arrive, explore and feel. The final healing environment is more like a high-end experience center than a traditional medical institution, integrating service courtesy, innovative concepts and emotional experience into a spatial system.
