China’s first AR smart glasses myopia/color changing lens fitting machine released

Recently, Boyu Technology launched the world's first myopia lens/chromic lens bonding equipment Boyu Smart Attachment Machine B1 at a new product launch conference.

According to reports, the device was jointly launched by Boyu Technology and VISTA Vision, aiming to shorten the waiting time for myopia people to customize exclusive AR glasses. The entire product occupies an area of less than 1 square meter. It is equipped with an intelligent guidance system, visual operation prompts throughout the process, and a high-speed optical alignment algorithm to accurately identify the alignment of the lens and the frame in 0.3 seconds. The entire process from lens loading, precise alignment, dispensing to curing only takes 98 seconds. With the lens edge cutting process, users can complete the customized fitting of a pair of exclusive AR glasses in 15 minutes.

In addition, Boyu Smart Applicator B1 is also equipped with an exclusive modeling jig that can adapt to various AR glasses frame types.

It is worth mentioning that in addition to laminating equipment, Boyu Technology also has in-depth layout in the field of electrochromic materials. Electrochromism is a phenomenon in which the optical properties of materials (reflectivity, transmittance, absorptivity, etc.) undergo stable and reversible color changes under the action of an external electric field. It is often used in smart windows, electronic displays and other fields to adjust light and privacy on demand.

In June 2025, Xiaomi launched its first AI glasses, which are divided into standard versions, monochromatic models and color electrochromic models, further promoting the application of color-changing technology in the field of consumer electronics.

Information shows that Boyu Technology focuses on the research and development, production and promotion of CNC color-changing materials, and simultaneously develops and supplies special laminating machines for smart glasses.
