This form of having thousands of troops crossing a single-plank bridge will inevitably lead to many companies' paths becoming narrower and narrower, until they go bankrupt. Therefore, innovation is the soul of an enterprise. Staying ahead in certain aspects can help the enterprise get out of trouble and even stand out.
The current development and application requirements of LEDs have greatly affected the trend of international standards, mainly reflected in the following aspects:
First, IEC60598 and IEC61347 have significantly reduced the requirements for creepage distance and electrical clearance, and additional insulation has been 2U+1750 is reduced to 2U+1000; the requirement for reinforced insulation is reduced from 4U+2750 to 4U+2000, in order to appropriately relax the above requirements while ensuring safety, so that the insulation layer, distance from the edge, etc. can be appropriately reduced, which is beneficial to heat dissipation, light efficiency, and luminous flux maintenance.
Secondly, LED lamps are compact and have thin wiring. The 2013 IP conference has made a resolution that "there is no lower limit for internal wires" of lamps. When the internal wires are not subject to mechanical force, the current carrying capacity is ≤20A/mm, and the continuous operating temperature does not exceed 90°C, they all meet the requirements.
Third, in terms of lightning protection induction requirements, the lightning arrester is required to be designed as an independent device and can only be used for Class I lamps, and instructions for use must be attached. Its lightning protection surge voltage is best increased from the EU standard 1 KV to the US standard 3KV to adapt to severe weather.
Fourth, in addition to pursuing high light efficiency, it is more important to improve the quality of lighting, humanization and automation. Reflected in: GB50034 standard requires that indoor (high-end lighting occasions, offices, reading rooms, classrooms, etc.), the color rendering index should be ≥80, and R9≥0; according to the impact of lighting color (including blue light components) on human vision over time (mainly affecting the secretion of melatonin), more emphasis is placed on returning to nature and simulating the color temperature changes of natural light throughout the day to adjust the lighting color temperature. As a result, various dimming and color-adjusting lamps have appeared.
Fifth, in terms of indoor lighting and photobiological safety, more attention should be paid to using diffusion plates and other similar technologies to reduce the surface brightness of the light outlet surface of lighting fixtures on the premise of ensuring high-efficiency output luminous flux. This not only reduces the photobiological hazard level of LED lighting products to basically non-hazardous levels, but also greatly reduces glare. The new GB/T29294-2012 LED downlight performance standard also places more emphasis on the requirements for diffusion plates, with many technical provisions related to limiting glare such as specular reflection and protection angles.
Sixth, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Construction and Communications has developed the technical conditions for LED street lights and tried hanging a long section of LED street lights on Shenda Road. It should be said that it is in a leading position in the country in road lighting. In addition to adopting the design of equal brightness (rather than equal illumination), its environmental ratio and glare control requirements fully meet the CJJ45 standard, and the appropriate light color is selected.
Seventh, a number of communication and control technologies are applied to LED lighting. For LED lighting, regulation can expand its use functions and reflect humanized lighting. It can also reduce the workload of finding faults and maximize energy saving. At present, wireless communication technology and power line carrier communication technology based on ZigBee and/or WiFi standards have been well applied in the intelligent control of local lighting. The DALI control protocol and the extended DALI protocol based on the DALI control protocol have been widely used in the control of LED lighting by combining control devices with voice-activated sensors, light sensors, motion sensors, idle and presence sensors, etc.
The development of LED lighting has proven that although companies that started out with a lot of momentum and relied on deception can become a hit, they do not study advanced domestic and foreign technologies and markets, follow what others say, and have no foundation. In the end, they are basically short-lived or struggling.
The general situation of my country's reform and the central government's industrial policy of "retreating the state and advancing the people" require us to constantly research new technologies, recognize the new situation, make arrangements in advance, and rely on our country's and international energy conservation and emission reduction policies. If we follow the trend, we will be able to continue to develop.
