Foshan Lighting: Car lighting modules are at full production, and smart light poles have become a new profit growth point

On February 7, Foshan Lighting released an investor relations activity record sheet, revealing the company’s latest progress in animal and plant lighting, car lights, and smart light pole businesses.

In terms of animal and plant lighting, Foshan Lighting said that its current main customers in this business include large animal husbandry enterprises such as Muyuan, New Hope, and Guangxi Yangxiang. In the future, Foshan Lighting will also conduct business negotiations with more livestock enterprises, and is expected to further explore the field of animal and plant lighting and create new profit growth points.

It is reported that in recent years, Foshan Lighting is actively expanding into new tracks such as animal and plant lighting, intelligent lighting, health lighting, and marine lighting. In the field of animal and plant lighting, Foshan Lighting has launched products such as cannabis fill lights, flowers, and vegetable and fruit planting fill lights, and has developed animal heating lamps, breeding insulation lamps, ultraviolet germicidal lamps, and pig raising lighting.

Regarding the car lighting business that has grown rapidly in recent years, Foshan Lighting pointed out that currently, the car lighting module product business is at full production, and in the future the company will conduct large-scale expansion in accordance with development plans and market demand. As an automotive lighting company under Foshan Lighting, Nanning Liaowang's current production and operation are stable and improving. It is introducing high-end talents, setting up R&D teams in multiple regions, and vigorously expanding its new energy automotive lighting business.

It is reported that in the first half of 2022, Foshan Lighting's vehicle lighting business revenue reached 788 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of more than 4 times, and the revenue share increased from 3.88% in the same period of 2021 to 18.13%, which has become one of Foshan Lighting's key businesses.

In terms of smart light pole business, Foshan Lighting said that in recent years, the company has actively expanded its smart light pole business by continuously integrating internal resources and has won many large projects. In 2022, the company's smart light pole revenue will exceed 100 million yuan, an increase from the revenue of more than 70 million yuan in 2021. At present, the company's smart light pole business has received orders of approximately 150 million yuan, becoming a new growth point for the company's profits.

Regarding the future development direction of the company, Foshan Lighting stated that the company will follow the strategic thinking of "holding the basic market and exploring new tracks" and develop into new tracks such as smart lighting, marine lighting, health lighting, animal and plant lighting, and smart street lights.
