On October 27, Fuyang Siwei Ecological Digital Agriculture Industrial Park was officially opened. The park covers a total area of 121 acres and is built based on "the world's leading digital intelligent plant factory technology". It can provide more efficient, accurate and intelligent services in biological breeding, seedling and seedling cultivation, vegetable and fruit production, flowers, and Chinese herbal medicine cultivation.
According to reports, Fuyang Siwei Ecology Digital Agriculture Industrial Park uses LED plant lighting systems, precision irrigation systems, vertical three-dimensional planting systems, multi-layer planting micro-environment systems, automated control systems, multi-dimensional production scheduling systems and other system integration to create an environmental data model most suitable for plant growth.
The industrial park not only achieves explosive growth in output per unit area, but can also significantly increase output value with the help of technical features such as annual continuous production, shortened crop growth cycles, and increased crop times. Compared with traditional agriculture, the plant factory can increase the yield per mu by 50-100 times, save 95% of water, and 90% of fertilizers. It can not only save labor costs significantly, but also achieve high quality, zero pollution, and zero pesticide residues.
Information shows that Siwei Ecology was established in 2018. The company integrates R&D, production, sales and technical services, and promotes systematic, intelligent and standardized agricultural planting solutions and system equipment and services globally. Company founder Hua Guichao founded Inventron in 2007, and Inventron was listed on the GEM in December 2016.
In the field of LED plant lighting technology, Siwei Ecology can tailor-made LED plant growth lights for plant growth. This LED plant lighting equipment has the advantages of high light efficiency, low energy consumption, and adjustable spectrum. It can provide the corresponding required light for plants at different growth stages and improve the yield and quality of crops. Take strawberry cultivation as an example. The LED lights used in Siwei’s strawberry factory were independently developed by Siwei. Its spectrum is more suitable for the growth of strawberries, so the strawberries produced are purer and can better highlight the original flavor of strawberries.
In terms of technology research and development, Siwei Ecology has top technical talents accounting for more than 80% in various fields such as vertical planting, automation, intelligent control, Internet of Things, LED plant lighting and plant nutrition.
