Huike launches 8K HOD MiniLED display with up to 4608 partitions

On May 29, Huike announced that the company had successfully developed and lit up two HOD (Hyper Optimized Display) displays, 27-inch 4K and 36.5-inch 8K.

It is reported that HOD technology can achieve ultra-deep black field and million-level contrast through backlight partition control on the basis of maintaining high PPI and high refresh rate. It can also simultaneously integrate practical features such as wide color gamut coverage, anti-glare, and low reflectivity. In addition, this technology can effectively avoid the risk of screen burn-in of OLED, and has the advantages of high brightness, long life and low cost.

The newly launched 27-inch 4K HOD monitor is designed for the e-sports field. It has an ultra-high refresh rate of 240Hz and is equipped with 1152 partition Mini LED backlight technology, which can greatly improve the picture contrast. In addition, the display is equipped with anti-glare low-reflective polarizers to effectively suppress ambient light reflection interference, and low blue light technology is added to reduce visual fatigue.

Another 36.5-inch 8K HOD display is built using second-generation metal oxide technology (HMO). It has 4608 Mini LED partition backlights and a pixel density of 241PPI. It can achieve high-specification mode switching between 8K 120Hz and 4K 240Hz. In addition, the display also features low blue light and 1ms fast response.
