According to the draft for comments, advanced chemical materials include special rubber and other polymer materials, engineering plastics, membrane materials and other advanced chemical materials, a total of 52 types. In addition, the catalog also covers 33 types of high-performance fibers and composite materials, 45 types of advanced semiconductor materials and new display materials, 10 types of new energy materials, 16 types of biomedical and biodegradable materials, 16 types of cutting-edge new materials, and a total of 296 types of key new materials.

Among them, advanced semiconductor materials and new display materials include Mini LED reflective films, high-purity arsenic for compound semiconductor materials, gallium nitride single crystal substrates and epitaxial wafers, silicon carbide single crystal substrates and homogeneous epitaxial wafers, AMB ceramic copper-clad substrates for third-generation power semiconductor packaging and other LED and compound semiconductor-related materials.
