The patent abstract shows that the present invention relates to an LED device, including an LED chip and a phosphor composition. The phosphor composition includes the following mass percentage components: blue-green phosphor 330%; green phosphor 3570%; white phosphor 1050%; red phosphor 315%; the LED chip includes a first chip unit and a second chip unit, and the luminescence peak wavelength range of the first chip unit is 447.5nm455nm, the luminescence peak wavelength range of the second chip unit is 395nm410nm; the phosphor composition of the present invention can provide a high color rendering index and a full-spectrum luminescence effect. Under the excitation of a dual-band chip composed of a blue LED and a purple LED, it has a high color rendering index and meets the use requirements for relatively high light color parameters.
