Mingjiahui: A wholly-owned subsidiary signed a 106 million yuan LED lighting purchase contract

On May 11, Mingjiahui announced that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Lu'an Mingjiahui Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. and Anhui Jinshengda Bioelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. signed the "LED Lamps Procurement Framework Intention Contract."

According to the announcement, the two parties formally signed a contract in Lu'an City, Anhui Province on May 9, 2026. The contract amount is 105.69 million yuan and is valid until August 30, 2026. The subject of the contract is plant fill light. The contract amount accounts for 58.78% of the company's audited operating income in 2025, and is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance.

It is understood that Anhui Jinshengda Bioelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. has long been focused on the biological supplementary light industry. It is an enterprise engaged in the research and development, production and sales of biological light energy environmental products. It has R&D institutions in the Netherlands and China and other places. It has an R&D team covering the fields of modern agriculture, spectrum technology, electronic circuit design and system control, and has continuous technology development capabilities.

In addition to this contract, Mingjiahui also signed an "LED Lamps Purchase Contract" with the counterparty on May 31, 2025. The products purchased and sold are also plant fill lights, and the contract amount is 150 million yuan. The confirmed sales amount in 2025 is 113.6 million yuan, accounting for 63.18% of the company's audited operating income in 2025. The contract has been completed.

In 2025, Mingjiahui will promote the extension of traditional lighting engineering services to the direction of "smart lighting + IoT platform + scenario-based solutions", and promote business collaboration around technology research and development, manufacturing, operational services and capital operation. Against the backdrop of parallel reorganization and business adjustments, the company has made phased progress in optimizing debt structure, operating recovery and transformation direction.

At the operational level, Mingjiahui still focuses on landscape lighting engineering business and continues to promote the execution of existing projects and payment collection. The company promotes the cleanup of historical projects through methods such as "one case, one dedicated class" and combines debt restructuring, litigation and coordination to recover funds. In 2025, collections will be approximately 128 million yuan, and the balance of accounts receivable will be reduced to approximately 271 million yuan.

In terms of new business, Mingjiahui has launched a layout around smart agriculture and plant lighting, promoted the formation of relevant teams and technical reserves, accelerated the implementation of applications in vertical farms, plant factory lighting and other scenarios, and promoted production capacity construction and order execution at the Lu'an base, achieving operating income of 114 million yuan in 2025.

Mingjiahui stated that if this contract is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance and will be conducive to improving the company's sustained profitability and core competitiveness.
