In 2024, the industry will mediate 30 disputes and recover losses of more than 100 million yuan for enterprises. Multi-party collaboration establishes a patent navigation mechanism for key industries to help companies accurately deploy overseas markets.

During the event, the patent pre-examiner introduced in detail the contents of the relevant intellectual property public service items, the patent search platform and the registration of patent rapid pre-examination subjects, etc., and gradually demonstrated how to register for the platform whitelist and carry out patent search. He encouraged participating companies to actively register and use it, and provided recommendations on patent rapid pre-examination, priority examination and the knowledge they encountered. Conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on property rights issues.

All parties worked together to build corporate compliance mechanisms and jointly optimize the business environment.
