Nationstar Optoelectronics’ multiple series of LED device products have passed photobiological safety certification

Nationstar Optoelectronics R&D Center From April to July 2014, Nationstar Optoelectronics device products, including white light LEDs The 2835 series, indoor high-density display devices 1515RGB series, 1010RGB series, and outdoor display device RS-2727RGB series have all passed the test of the IEC/EN62471 standard of a third-party authoritative testing and certification agency, meeting the optical safety requirements of this standard for LED devices. The IEC/EN 62471 standard is a testing standard for photobiological safety promulgated by the European Union. Its purpose is to evaluate the optical radiation hazards associated with different lamps and lamp systems. This standard comprehensively replaces the requirements on the energy level of LED products in the IEC/EN60825 standard, and adds photobiological requirements, testing parameters such as radiation intensity and radiant brightness, and determining the harmful risks of ultraviolet, near-ultraviolet, blue light, infrared, heat and other factors to the retina, human eyes, and skin. Hazard classification of products is based on test data, including exemption level, low hazard, medium hazard, and high hazard level. Our products all belong to the non-hazardous exemption level.
