Overseas markets are growing rapidly, and Inventronics’ net profit is expected to increase by up to 25% in 2022

Yesterday (16th), Inventronics released its 2022 annual performance forecast, predicting that the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies in 2022 will be 191.0767 million yuan - 227.4722 million yuan, an increase of 5% - 25% over the same period last year.

Inventron said that in 2022, the company will give full play to the systematic advantages of its global layout, use its brand advantages and "customer-centered" high-quality services to achieve rapid growth in overseas market orders. It is expected that the annual operating income and net profit will continue to maintain double growth during the reporting period.

Comparing the third quarter report, Inventron achieved a total revenue of 1.169 billion yuan in the first three quarters of 2022, a year-on-year increase of 9.61%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was 119 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.30%.

In addition, Inventron's board of directors passed a resolution in June 2022 to acquire the digital system division of Osram, a century-old German brand. In July, it released a fixed increase plan of no more than 1 billion yuan to raise funds to support the acquisition.

At present, the acquisition case has made new progress. On December 9, 2022, Inventron revealed that in order to successfully undertake the acquisition of the non-equity assets involved in the lighting component digital system division of Osram, ensure the normal operation of various assets after the completion of this major asset purchase, and exert the synergistic effects brought about by major asset purchases, the company plans to establish a number of direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries in the Netherlands, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Poland, Turkey and Slovakia. According to the announcement on the same day, wholly-owned subsidiaries in the Netherlands, South Korea, and the United Kingdom have completed the registration procedures and received registration certification documents.

On January 15, 2023, Inventronics once again issued the "Progress Announcement on Major Asset Purchases", stating that the auditing, assessment/valuation and supplementary due diligence involved in this transaction are in progress.

According to analysis, this transaction will not only make up for Inventron's shortcomings in the field of small and medium-power LED drive power products in terms of product layout, but is also expected to help Inventron achieve new breakthroughs in overseas sales channel layout and technology research and development, and accelerate the global development strategy.
