Promote LED lighting lamps production expansion project, Minbao Optoelectronics increased capital of 80 million subsidiaries

On September 11, Civil Explosion Optoelectronics issued an announcement announcing that the company had completed the capital increase in its wholly-owned subsidiary Huizhou Civil Explosion Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huizhou Civil Explosion"). Huizhou Civil Explosion had completed the above industrial and commercial change registration procedures and had obtained the "Business License" renewed by the local Market Supervision Administration.

According to the announcement, Civil Explosion Optoelectronics held a meeting on August 28. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Using Raised Funds to Increase Capital in a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary to Implement Raised Investment Projects" and agreed that the company would use 80 million yuan of raised funds to increase capital in Huizhou Civil Explosion, of which 10 million yuan would be included in the registered capital of Huizhou Civil Explosion, and 70 million yuan would be included in the capital reserve.

It is reported that Minbang Optoelectronics was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 4 this year. With this listing, Minbang Optoelectronics plans to raise 1.1 billion yuan. Among them, 590 million yuan was used for the LED lighting automation production expansion project, 310 million yuan was used for the headquarters building and R&D center construction project, and 200 million yuan was used for the supplementary working capital project.

Among them, the implementation entity of the "LED Lighting Lamps Automation Expansion Project" is Huizhou Civil Explosion. This project aims to expand the company's existing production capacity and improve the degree of automation of production, thereby increasing business scale and profitability. In order to facilitate the effective advancement of the project, the company plans to use the raised funds to increase capital in Huizhou Civil Explosives.

The changed "Business License" information shows that Huizhou Civil Explosion's business scope includes the technical development, production, sales and sales of optoelectronic materials and acousto-optical mechatronics products, computer software, and LED luminescent materials, domestic trade, import and export of goods or technology, construction of urban and road lighting projects, construction of LED lighting and brightening projects, design and construction of energy-saving and environmental protection projects, property management, leasing of self-owned houses, and industrial investment.
