The Mini LED project of Woge Optoelectronics Dongguan Branch has completed equipment debugging

On July 14, reporters learned from Vogel Optoelectronics that the Mini LED project of the company's Dongguan branch has made new progress. A batch of new Mini LED equipment has been delivered to the factory and debugged. Customer review is in progress and mass production is ready to go.

Mini LED backlight is the earliest to be used in the TV field, and the technology is also the most mature. Due to its high brightness, high contrast and other features that improve picture quality, TVs equipped with Mini LED backlight technology have achieved excellent market performance as soon as they were launched. Based on the promising prospects of Mini LED, Wogel Optoelectronics has conducted a long-term analysis of the Mini LED industry. It has improved the MLED industry layout through mergers and acquisitions and technology sharing in 2021, and successfully lit up the first Mini LED glass light panel at the end of last year.
There are three Mini LED backlight technology solutions: POB, COB and COG. Vogel Optoelectronics focuses on the COG technology solution Mini LED glass-based light panels. The products are thinner and have higher plasticity. They can provide customers with flexible designs and are more cost-effective. They already have a complete set of solutions for Mini LED backlights and have connected the entire display module industry chain within the group.

In order to further enhance the overall innovative research and development capabilities and quickly respond to customer needs, Vogel Optoelectronics has established a Dongguan branch at its southern base to deepen the development of the backlight market. It is worth noting that the Mini/Micro LED backlight module project, which started construction in Tianmen, Hubei Province in June this year, is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 45 million pieces after reaching production, which will have far-reaching significance for the company's further linked mass production of the Mini LED backlight product chain.
