The fourth meeting on the revision of "Process Design Guidelines for Stage Lighting Systems" was held in Chongqing

From May 19 to 21, 2026, the fourth meeting on the revision of the industry standard "Process Design Guidelines for Stage Lighting Systems" was successfully held at Fusong Culture Technology Group. The conference was hosted by the China Performing Arts Equipment Technology Association and hosted by the Chongqing Yuzhong District Culture and Tourism Committee and Fusong Culture Technology Group Co., Ltd. This conference demonstrated the country’s great importance to the standardization of stage lighting system process design and is a key milestone in standardizing the development of the industry and improving the quality of cultural tourism and performing arts.

Chongqing/Sichuan area stage lighting expert seminar site

During the meeting, representatives from 20 bidding units from across the country and 10 expert representatives from Sichuan and Chongqing gathered on site to conduct in-depth discussions around industry pain points and performance needs. Each of them elaborated on the main problems existing in the current operation of stage lighting systems in theaters and performing arts venues. The participating comrades also conducted on-site research on the lighting systems and application practices of Chongqing Grand Theater, Chongqing 1949 Theater and other places. The compilation group reviewed the public opinions one by one, completed the standard revision and formed a draft for review, which will be submitted to the National Theater Standardization Technical Committee for review.
