The latest progress of Huike Co., Ltd.’s IPO: Entering the inquiry stage

On July 11, the official website of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange showed that the main board IPO of Huike Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huike") has recently entered the inquiry stage.

According to data, Huike is a technology company focusing on the field of semiconductor display. Its main business is the research and development and manufacturing of core display devices such as semiconductor display panels and smart display terminals. The company's existing technologies include a-Si TFT-LCD technology, Oxide TFT, Oxide RGB OLED, Oxide LCD, and Mini LED.

With this IPO, Huike plans to raise 8.5 billion yuan to invest in the construction of "Changsha New OLED R&D Upgrading Project" (total investment of 3 billion), "Changsha Oxide R&D and Industrialization Project" (total investment of 3 billion) and "Mianyang Mini-LED Intelligent Manufacturing Project" (total investment of 2.5 billion).

Currently, Huike has four G8.6 high-generation lines with different technical characteristics and multiple intelligent display terminal production bases. It is also equipped with a display module production base and a display terminal accessories production factory. Among the four G8.6 generation LCD panel production lines, the Chongqing, Chuzhou, and Mianyang projects each have an investment amount of 24 billion yuan and will be put into production in 2017, 2019, and 2020 respectively; the Changsha Huike project The project investment amount is 28 billion yuan and it will be put into production in 2021.

The prospectus shows that from 2022 to 2024, Huike's revenue was 27.134 billion yuan, 35.797 billion yuan and 40.310 billion yuan respectively, and the net profits attributable to the owners of the parent company were -1.428 billion yuan, 2.566 billion yuan and 3.339 billion yuan respectively.

From 2022 to 2024, Huike's main business revenue will be 26.244 billion yuan, 34.818 billion yuan, and 39.264 billion yuan respectively, mainly composed of sales revenue from semiconductor display panels and smart display terminals.
