With a total investment of 254 million yuan, Huapu Yongzhi Intelligent Lighting Manufacturing Headquarters Project started construction

According to news on November 14, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province held a centralized opening ceremony for major projects in the fourth quarter of 2023. A total of 15 major projects started construction with a total investment of 16 billion yuan.

Among them, the Yongming Yuntong Intelligent Lighting Production Headquarters Base project has a total investment of 254 million yuan. It is located in the Smart Network Valley Digital Economic Town, Gongshu District, Hangzhou City, with a total land area of 14.94 acres and a total construction area of 48,700 square meters. The project is planned to be launched at the national headquarters of Huapu Yongming, a national-level "specialized, specialized and innovative" enterprise.

After completion, the project will focus on smart lighting, smart factories and other fields, with products covering application fields such as LED outdoor lighting, industrial lighting and special lighting. Relying on the Industry 4.0 platform independently developed by Maple Sun Life, AI algorithm technology is applied to connect the engineering site, product configuration plans and other links through cloud data, integrating the industrial chain. The project will have the advantages of the industrial chain from product design to lamp assembly, and create a large-scale LED lamp industry platform.

Information shows that Huapu Yongming was established in 2011. The company is committed to becoming a comprehensive solution provider in the field of global urban road lighting. Since its establishment, Huapu Yongming has been based in the field of outdoor high-power LED lighting. As of December 2022, the company has obtained 705 domestic and foreign patents, including 55 invention patents.

In terms of production, Huapu Yongming's Changxing manufacturing base was officially put into operation in 2018. The base includes a final assembly workshop covering an area of 8,000 square meters, capable of producing 15,000 sets of complete lamp products per day; an SMT workshop covering an area of 2,100 square meters, capable of producing 30,000 modules per day.

In terms of products, Huapu Yongming currently has M16 series LED modules, T19E series LED street lights, TS2C series LED tunnel lights, TF21 series LED factory lights, FL18A series LED floodlights and other products, which can meet the use needs of sports facilities, roads, factories, schools and other scenarios.
