This is a by London designer Troika chandelier.
It is understood that the designer uses a 1.2 meter large FresnEL lens, including the power of the 8 LED brass lamp fall, so that the light through the refraction, the ceiling to create a beautiful, overlapping geometry. The chandelier is being used by the Royal Society of Arts in london.
