Billion light: Japan's Asian Patent expired, no impact on existing products.

In response to the press release issued by Germany in October 23rd on the website of Japan, the European Patent EP936682, the German patent DE69702929, had expired on the 29 date of July 2017 and had no effect on the company's existing products. The company finally decided to withdraw the appeal because of the patent expired and no risk of injunction.

Japan's sub patents include EP936682, DE69702929, EP2276080, EP2197053, EP1017111, EP1271664, EP1429397, EP1429398, EP2194590, EP2197054, EP2197055, EP2197055, EP2197054, EP2276080, EP2197053, C and C, all expired on July 2017.

In October 1, 2018, the Supreme Court of the United States confirmed that the rights of the US YAG patent US 5998925 and US 7531960 were totally invalid. Taiwan Chi Cai Court confirmed in April 12, 2018 that the TW383508 of YAG TW383508 was invalid. The above cases remain unchanged.
