Founded in December 2005, CVTE is an intelligent electronic product and solution provider with interactive display and artificial intelligence as its core. It carries out technological innovation and product development for multiple application scenarios, and has established brands such as seewo, an educational digital application and service provider, and MAXHUB, a smart collaboration platform.

In terms of business segments, the field of intelligent control components has achieved steady growth as a whole. The LCD main control board business achieved revenue of 7.031 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.07%. The growth was mainly due to the increase in product prices driven by the increase in raw material prices, as well as the increase in the share of cooperation with major customers. The household appliance controller business achieved revenue of 2.515 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 46.02%, benefiting from the continued increase in orders at home and abroad. At the same time, the automotive electronics and power electronics business maintained rapid growth during the reporting period.

Intelligent terminals and application fields show structural differentiation. The education brand business achieved revenue of 5.581 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.77%. Core products maintained stable development, and educational AI-related products and home education terminals continued to be implemented. The enterprise service brand business achieved revenue of 2.651 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 8.59%. The domestic business was affected by weak market demand and the short-term pressure on the digital signage business, with revenue of 1.481 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 9.47%. The decline narrowed in the second half of the year; MAXHUB's overseas business achieved revenue of 666 million yuan in corporate services, education and other fields, a year-on-year increase of 54.83%.

Affected by changes in overseas education market demand, tariff changes and other factors, the ODM business achieved revenue of 3.094 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.03%. The company plans to respond to changes in the external environment through technology research and development, cost control, customer cooperation and overseas production capacity layout.

The robot business has made phased progress. Self-developed industrial-grade four-legged robots have been applied in electric power and other industry scenarios. Intelligent flexible robotic arms have won awards in industry competitions. Commercial cleaning robots have been exported to European, Japanese and Korean markets in batches.

In terms of R&D investment and innovation, the company continues to focus on key technology research and development, and has made breakthroughs in areas such as multi-modal large models, embodied intelligence, voice and video enhancement. In 2025, the company will have more than 800 new authorized patents, including more than 330 invention patents and more than 150 new computer software copyrights. (Compiled by LEDinside)
