Chitron North wins the patent defense battle

On November 10, Silicon Core Electronics voluntarily withdrew its patent infringement lawsuit against Chitron Northern. This patent infringement dispute ended with Chitron Northern winning.

In January 2019, Guangzhou Silicon Core Electronics filed a patent lawsuit against Chitron North. After Chitron North received the complaint, it submitted a request for invalidation to the Patent Reexamination Committee of the State Intellectual Property Office in April 2019. In January 2020, it was determined that the main claims of the patent were invalid. After the main rights of the patent were invalidated, Guangzhou Silicon Core Electronics had no chance of winning the patent lawsuit. On November 10, 2020, the day before the lawsuit was to be heard, Guangzhou Silicon Core Electronics took the initiative to withdraw the lawsuit, and Chitron North won the patent case.

Starting this year, the commercial use of 5G communication technology has kicked off the "Internet of Everything". A large number of scenario-based applications have brought about massive Internet of Things.
