Combined with traditional handmade art production and digital technology, Broolyn designer Robert Deepen (robertdebbane) created a set of exquisite decorative lamps and lanterns with 3D printers, and made a useful exploration of the relationship between the two ways. This series of lighting on the "wanted Design Exposition" (wanteddesignfair) during the 2015 New York design week (newyorkdesignweek2015) is composed of chandeliers, desk lamps and chandeliers. Each piece is deeply influenced by numerous patterns in architecture and nature.
In these fine and elaborate decorative patterns, there are many patterns with Islamic style, and these designs are found and collected in the home of Lebanon Di ban.
It is this decorative style that created the sidontablelamp, named "Sidon", named "Sidon" in the southwestern city of Lebanon, a desk lamp made up of a walnut base and a diameter of 12 inches long.
Inspired by natural patterns in nature, di ban created a work called galacticatablelamp.
This lamp fully reflects the cosmic and outer space lamps. It depicts the magnificent scenery that can only be seen in remote space with sophisticated, lace like patterns.
After lighting, the geometric patterns carved on each bulb will cast shadows on the surrounding walls. The removal of lights, the white light shells and the fine textures engraved on them will be very easy to reminiscent of the old relief art. (Dr. Wang Feng)
