Recently, the fair trading Bureau of Changjiang District, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, temporarily buckled a number of LED floodlights suspected of infringement. It is understood that the Bureau previously received a report from the staff appointed by the Royal PHILPS Co. Ltd., saying that a luminaire store in the two phase of the city's market has not authorized the Royal PHILPS Co. Ltd. to sell the LED floodlight with the "PHILIPS" registered trademark. The law enforcement officers immediately went to the field survey and found 116 sets of LED floodlights with the "PHILIPS" logo in the reported lamps and lanterns stores. By technical personnel, the 116 sets of LED floodlights are all counterfeit products and infringe the exclusive right to use the registered trademark of "PHILIPS". It is reported that, according to the relevant provisions of the trademark law, law enforcement officers will be temporarily buckled to the suspected infringed products. At present, the case is still under investigation.
