Cree broken LED bulb light efficiency record, to achieve 1Lm/W upgrade nearly 25%

CREE (CREE) to break the light bulb LED record, the success of a single high power LED module issued nearly 1600 lumens, and reached a lumen of 134 lumens per watt, the success of incandescent bulbs to achieve a warm white light quality. Such a light effect so that CREE LED bulbs will be upgraded to nearly 25% lumens per watt.

This important milestone will enhance the performance of the LED system, with lower cost to provide better lighting.

Many of the LED lighting products on the market by reducing the light effect to improve the quality of light and color, and reduce the system performance and improve the cost of the entire product. CREE's innovative LED technology overcomes this limitation. The current 60 watt LED bulb (3000K CCT, 80CRI) can be upgraded to approximate the incandescent bulb light efficiency (2700K CCT, CRI + 90 and 90+ R9), and therefore does not increase the cost of the product.

According to CREE's LED optical efficiency R & D, measured at 350mA 1587 lumens and junction temperature of about 85 degrees C, to achieve a lumen of 134 lumens per watt, the color is greater than and R9>90 with color rendering 2700K.

The LEDinside observation, the technology of Cree, for the patio lamp, high wattage lights, and lights in the global high lumen LED ball main lighting applications, instead of more than 60 watts to 100 watts incandescent lamp products, have the development potential very much, and keep the color is.
