Recently, the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology released the "Announcement on the Review Results of Foshan Digital Intelligent Demonstration Workshops in 2022", and the "Chip LED Digital Intelligent Demonstration Workshop Based on Flexible Production" applied by Nationstar Optoelectronics was listed among them. This is another LED production workshop selected into the ranks of "Digital Intelligent Demonstration" after the "TOP LED white light packaging demonstration workshop based on digital intelligence", marking that Nationstar Optoelectronics' innovative application results in digital intelligent manufacturing have once again been recognized.

In recent years, Nationstar Optoelectronics has actively promoted the construction of digital workshops, applied Internet of Things and Industrial Internet technologies to carry out digital transformation, and through the simultaneous improvement of hardware and software in digital workshops, it has improved unit production efficiency and energy utilization, and simultaneously reduced operating costs, product defect rates and product development cycles. Nationstar Optoelectronics' "Chip LED Digital Intelligent Demonstration Workshop Based on Flexible Production" comprehensively uses digital management systems, online testing and other new generation information technologies to open up data silos in each link of Chip LED production and realize the visualization of the entire Chip LED production process, quantitative data management, dynamic tracking of production progress and traceability of product information. Currently, 225 devices in the workshop have been connected to the Internet, with a networking rate of 96.15%. The workshop's production data is intelligently collected and analyzed through the MES system, and the entire production process is monitored in real time through visual display boards. With the support of advanced digital intelligent equipment, the monthly per capita production capacity of the workshop increased by 23.29%, product yield increased by 5.69%, and energy consumption decreased by 30.73%. Each set of data is the result of Nationstar Optoelectronics’ digital transformation.
