Google YAHOO eBay are interested in mergers and acquisitions classified advertisers Trader

U.S. Internet giant Google and portal YAHOO has recently been in contact with Amsterdam's classified advertising vendor Trader Classified Media, intends to acquire or establish a marriage relationship.

According to the "Ritaiwushi week newspaper" reported that Trader has distribution in 578 newspapers in 22 countries and 56 websites provide classified advertising service for customers, the company was listed on the Paris stock exchange.

Earlier this month, Trader CEO John McCall MacBain said the company will consider Russia or Chinese branch public listing, or partnerships with other Internet Co, may also sell all of its assets.

The newspaper quoted insider news, other interested in Trader, including online auctioneer eBay.

Google and YAHOO are currently reluctant to comment on the matter.
