Handmade materials make up "shy" lamps for eye-catching Milan design week

In the 2015 Milan design week, a lamp that looks like a shy girl wearing veil is particularly eye-catching in the lighting exhibition. The luminaire, called Futura, is designed by Hangar Design Group and made by Vistosi manufacturer. It hangs quietly there, waiting for the appreciation of the intimate person, and by coincidence, design addiction finds it, likes it, and hopes that more people will like it.

The materials used for lamps and lanterns are mainly hand blown glass and hand polished wire drawing metal. The special manual blowing process makes the bottom color of the glass spread upward, forming a white, smoked and amber three color shade. The wire drawing metal wrapped around the lampshade also has three colors, reflecting each other with the lampshade, highlighting their individuality.

Because of the different transparency of the two parts of the luminaire, when the lamp is on, the light will emit different effects through transparent and sub gloss transparent two parts, creating a harmonious and peaceful environment. Its sexy shape shows the classical geometric line style vividly. The importance of structural details and the perfect visual effect show the rigour and elegance of design.
