In October 22nd, the Ministry of Finance issued a notice on adjusting the export tax rebate rate of some products. This notice has been implemented since November 1, 2018.

Official information shows that in order to further simplify the tax system and improve the export tax rebate policy, the export tax rebate rate of some value-added tax products is adjusted, among which the export tax rebate rate for lamps and lanterns is increased to 16%.

From the list of products, we can find that the timing switches, chandeliers, other electrical lamps, bedside lamps, floor lamps, Christmas tree lamps, searchlights, spotlights, other lamps and lighting devices, non electric lamps and lighting devices are included in the lamps and lanterns.
