In addition to regular orders, the company has also secured orders for multiple large-scale projects.
Among them, there are three sales methods for conference systems: one is the large customer form, which is aimed at large commercial enterprises, etc. This part is handled by the company's LCD department. The second is the direct sales method, which is based on the needs of regular customers for medium-sized conference room display screens, and is handled by the direct sales team. The third is channel sales, which is displayed through the Thousand Stores Plan.
In addition, according to Mr. Li, the company launched Mini LED products in early 2018, using batch transfer technology. However, due to the immaturity of the production line, and during the scale-up process, it was found that the goal of significant cost reduction could not be achieved, so the company launched Micro LED products produced using mass transfer technology. Mass transfer technology can be achieved using existing SMT production lines.
