Illumination evaluation index of illumination

Buildings, structures and other landscape elements should be taken in the light of the evaluation of the brightness or with the combination of illumination.

The evaluation indexes of the outdoor public space such as the trail and the square should be based on the ground level illumination (Eh) and the semi cylindrical illuminance (Esc) from the ground 1.5m.

The illuminance or luminance values specified in this specification shall be the average illuminance on the reference surface or the average luminance value maintained.

The corresponding maintenance factor shall be selected from table 4.1.3 according to the environmental characteristics, the protection level of the lamps and the number of times.
