"LED lights all night, sleep with thick curtains to cover the windows hard, the light can still shine through, very sharp, so that people can not sleep." In the afternoon of September 10th, Ms. Zhuang, who lived in the Century Square 6 in the Xinhua East Road of Zhangzhou, Fujian Province, dialed a phone call to complain that her family's LED sign on a "YUANYANG GOLD line" had been plaguing her and her neighbors.
Ms. Zhuang complained that Kim's installation of LED display ads is a normal business behavior that they can understand, but what they can't accept is until the early morning LED screen is still open, the glowing light hits the bedroom, the room is bright, and can't sleep at all. "Because I can't stand the 'torment' of the light, I move to the living room at night."
The next morning, at 1 in the morning, the reporter came to Ms. Zhuang's "YUANYANG GOLD line" led billboard. The LED display was about 2 meters long and more than 1 meters wide. The billboard and Ms. Zhuang's building were only a road separated by a very close distance. The LED lights of the billboard are really bright as Ms. Zhuang said, and the lights are shining across the residential buildings.
