Jiangxi Zhaochi Nanchang LED Industrial Park opened in July

Zhaochi Co., Ltd. recently stated in a survey by institutional investors that it is expected that the company's LED Industrial Park in Nanchang, Jiangxi will begin to open in July. This year's LED production capacity target is to add 200 lines. The 100 new packaging lines in the first phase are being purchased, and an additional 20 SMT lines (fixing the packaged lamp beads on the board) and 10 final assembly lines will be added. We are currently ordering packaging lines, and it will be very convenient to expand production capacity in the future.

According to Zhaochi Co., Ltd., the LED business is currently growing rapidly in the backlight business, and domestic first-tier brands are gradually using domestic backlights. The company has cooperation with major TV manufacturers and has new customers. However, production capacity has recently been subject to certain restrictions.

A securities researcher who is familiar with Zhaochi shares said that the designed production capacity of the new industrial park is more than five times the existing production capacity and is expected to contribute to revenue and performance in the second half of the year. With the gradual deployment of production capacity, the company's LED business will continue to grow rapidly.

Zhaochi Co., Ltd. announced on February 26 this year that its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Zhaochi Energy Saving Lighting Co., Ltd. plans to invest 500 million yuan to establish Jiangxi Zhaochi Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. Jiangxi Zhaochi intends to establish an LED product R&D and production base, expand the company's production capacity of LED backlight, lighting, and packaging products, reduce product costs, and further improve the company's industrial layout.
