The night scene of Quanzhou will become more charming after the night scene upgrade project is completed.
Quanzhou evening news, a few days ago from the Municipal Public Utilities Authority was informed that, this year, Quanzhou will start the central urban area along the Yangtze River and Highway Corridor on both sides of the night scene upgrading project, playing the "Silk Road" new starting point, bright color city.
The current situation of "night Quanzhou" is monotonous.
In recent years, with the continuous improvement of urban construction, Quanzhou has attracted guests from all corners of the globe. Especially along the Yangtze River Highway and the expressway across the city, the landscape on both sides is increasingly attractive. However, many people reflected that the beauty of Quanzhou was in the daytime, and the sides of the riverside and high speed passages of "night Quanzhou" appeared dark and monotonous.
"Quanzhou first had a large-scale urban nightscape project in 2003, and constructed the main frame of Quanzhou night scene." The staff of the Municipal Public Utilities Bureau told reporters that after 12 years, the city only built a night vision project in 2007. Due to the incomplete consideration of the early urban construction and the unplanned night scene, the old nightscape equipment is getting old and the lamps and lanterns have hidden dangers. In addition, along with the new high-rise buildings on both sides of the river and on both sides of the expressway, there are too many lighting techniques, and the theme is not clear. The colors and lighting methods of the nightscape lights are slightly messy, and the lamps and lanterns do not take any shading measures. The light pollution has caused light pollution to pedestrians and residents.
The first phase of the operation is to transform the night scenery along the river.
Reporters learned that the current engineering design plan has been preliminarily completed. It is planned to complete the nightscape improvement on both sides of the urban area along the Yangtze River and freeway from 2015 to 2017. The plan will be carried out in two phases. The night scene will be reconstructed on both sides of the river for the first time, and then the two sides of the high-speed corridor will be rebuilt.
Along the Yangtze River, the area ranges from the Huanglong bridge to the Luoyang bridge, stretching several kilometers. In addition to the facade along the river bank and on both sides, the three cross river bridges that have not yet arranged night scenes will be lit up, including the Shun Ji new bridge, the tung tree bridge and the Hou Zhu bridge. Among them, the choice of Shun Ji new bridge as the center of the urban interface will be through LED technology and linkage control and other lighting means, showing green culture, ancient culture, modern city and other themes. At that time, people will stand on the banks of the river and watch the changes of the glorious patterns with the distinct regional characteristics such as Erythrina bloom, tide rising tide and Maritime Silk Road.
In terms of high speed, the expressway is mainly located in the Jinjiang expressway, which ranges from the high-speed entrance of the Chi Dian Expressway in Quanzhou to the exit and entrance of Shenhai expressway. Consider the night view of Quanzhou from the perspective of passing vehicle personnel, and the two appreciative angles of urban residents watching highways. They are designed to reflect the bustling elements of Quanzhou's modern cities on the facade on both sides of the high speed corridor. At the same time, the high speed road will form a continuous "long wave" and become a symbol of the city.
It is understood that the upgrading of the night scene also fully considered the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection, set up Festival mode and energy saving mode respectively, and rationally controlled the lighting effect according to needs.
