Spears and major partners (Speirs and Major Associates) invited for lighting the lobby atrium and located on the banks of the river Thames winning office real estate. The architect sees this space as a result of excessive office space from outside the room. The inner wall of the atrium is lit up with the work of art to provide a visual end and take you through the space to the elevator hall on the other side. The light from the office is seen as an important part of the program's soul, which provides additional free light for this space".
