Lyle Technology plans to raise no more than 144 million yuan in additional capital to continue to expand production capacity

Laier Technology released a private placement plan on August 17, stating that the company plans to issue shares to raise a total of no more than 144 million yuan, which will be mainly used for high-tech industrialization base projects in the fields of new materials and electronics and Foshan Dawei Technology Co., Ltd.'s new projects (12,000 tons of new energy carbon-coated foil projects).

It is reported that Laier Technology’s main business is the research and development, production and sales of functional film materials and their application products, and carbon-coated foils. Among them, functional adhesive film materials are one of the key materials for electronic components, one of the key materials for process yield, and important module and terminal protection materials for consumer electronics; carbon-coated foil materials are the key materials for lithium-ion batteries. The application products are mainly FFC and LED flexible circuit boards, which can be widely used in consumer electronics, new energy vehicles, lithium-ion batteries, LED lighting, semiconductors, home appliances and other fields.

Therefore, Lyle Technology believes that this issuance of shares to specific targets is in line with the company's business development direction and strategic layout.

It is worth mentioning that the "High-tech Industrialization Base Project in the New Materials and Electronics Field" is an investment project raised by Lair Technology's initial public offering of shares. Since the funds raised in the previous round were far lower than the estimated total investment of the project, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the investment project, the company plans to use the funds raised this time, RMB 71 million, to continue to invest in the project.

According to Laier Technology, functional film materials and their application products are widely used in various end products in the fields of consumer technology, new energy, and smart cities, and are basic new materials. The company's functional adhesive film material products can be widely used in 3C electronics, new energy vehicles, energy storage, semiconductors, LED light strips, home appliances and other fields. The new future market growth space is mainly in the fields of new energy vehicles, energy storage and 3C electronic high-frequency transmission.
