Manchester City and Unilumin continue their strategic partnership to build a new world-class landmark

On January 23, 2026, the strategic cooperation signing ceremony between Unilumin Technology and Manchester City FC was grandly held at Unilumin Daya Bay Technology Park.
David Tang, China CEO of City Football Group (CFG, to which Manchester City is affiliated), and Chen Lixuan, Vice President of Display Product Line of Unilumin Group and Dean of Academia Sinica, attended the ceremony and signed a cooperation agreement as representatives of both parties. This marks that after more than four years of fruitful global strategic cooperation, Unilumin will continue to serve as the official LED display partner of Manchester City Football Club, working side by side with the world's top giants, ushering in a wonderful prelude to win-win cooperation in the future.

Unilumin Technology will be deeply involved in Manchester City's home stadium "Etihad Stadium" and the new entertainment and leisure landmark (Entertainment Destination) under construction around it. It will deploy visually impactful giant LED screens and supporting solutions at both ends of the building, fan areas and other core areas to create a core carrier for fan interaction and commercial operations on match days and non-match times.

In 2022, the double-layer LED pitchside screen and supporting display and control system built by Unilumin for the Etihad Stadium have become a benchmark case for digital presentation of Premier League stadiums.
