Since then, Wu Changjiang no longer holds any position as director, chairman and legal representative of NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd., and he has no right to engage in any external activities or sign any documents on behalf of NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd.; 4. NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd. The company is actively handling the industrial and commercial registration change, seal change and other matters concerning the transfer of management rights and changes in company registration information. The financial seal, bank seal and other seals held by Wu Changjiang of NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd. have become invalid. He holds the seal for external activities. NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd. does not represent NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd., and all actions are infringement of NVC Lighting (China) Co., Ltd.
