On February 2, 2021, the Secretariat of the China Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Association organized the first batch of group standards review meetings in 2021 through video conference. The standards of the groups participating in the review include:
and other 9 items, the meeting invited China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation Eleventh Research Institute, Beijing Sitong Intelligent Transportation System Integration Co., Ltd., National Flat Panel Display Device Standardization Technical Committee, National Optical Radiation Safety and Laser Equipment Standardization Technical Committee, China Optical Optoelectronics Industry Association Infrared Branch/Optical Components and Optical Instruments Branch/LED Many industry experts including the Display Application Branch reviewed and questioned the nine standards. Representatives from the drafting group including Changchun Xida Electronics Co., Ltd., Yangbang (Jiangsu) Optoelectronics Industrial Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yangbang Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Qianhai Chuangsite Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Foshan Guoxing Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Xi'an Qingsong Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Alto Electronics Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Sansi Electronic Engineering Co., Ltd. made introductions and answered questions.
Secretary-General Yao Dahu of China Optics and Optoelectronics Industry Association delivered a speech at the meeting. He expressed his gratitude to the review experts and standard preparation team who attended the meeting, and explained the importance of group standards. He hoped that the expert group would strictly control the standards and help companies achieve the purpose of improving product quality and leading industry development. At the same time, he said that in the future, the secretariat will give full play to the functions of social groups, actively carry out and promote the construction of group standards, serve member companies, and promote the development of industries and enterprises.
Researcher Zhao Ying of China Electronics Technology Standardization Institute serves as the leader of the review expert group and presides over the review stage meeting. The review team listened to the report and summary of opinions of the representatives of the drafting working group on the preparation instructions, and reviewed the content of the standard item by item. Through questioning, discussion and voting, the standard review expert group unanimously agreed to pass the review of these 9 standards and recommended that the main standard drafting unit summarize the suggestions and opinions raised during the review, modify them as required and form a final standard approval document.
These nine standards were organized and compiled by the Standardization Committee of the China Optical and Optoelectronics Industry Association's Light-emitting Diode Display Application Branch. After more than three years of discussion and review by mainstream experts in the industry, a consensus was finally reached! This also means that these nine group standards have entered the "finalization" stage and will soon be officially launched and implemented in the industry.
