OSRAM launched a CSP LED prototype, high flux density retail location lighting

In 2018 the German Frankfurt lighting exhibition, OSRAM Opto Semiconductors Ltd. launched the Oslon Pure 1010 LED prototype is used for positioning the spotlight of retail lighting. Chip scale package (CSP) LED scalability which can be flexibly combined with various lighting solutions.

OSRAM said, Pure flux Oslon 1010 LED typical 100lm driving current of 350mA, the color temperature is 3000K, almost perfect Lambert's law, the flux density reached 237lm/mm2 1000mA in the current work. For the same size of the components, the brightness of this prototype is much higher, especially suitable for illuminating the merchandise retail stores.

1.0mm x 1.0mm x 0.25mm compact size, no main lens, Oslon Pure 1010 as the lighting designer provides a high degree of flexibility. Due to the use of CSP package, thus reducing the height. The light-emitting surface is not the usual way to contact but contact in the component itself, does not need the joint line. These characteristics, coupled with small size, multiple LED can be very close to the arrangement in a narrow space. Warm white and cold white LED can be used in combination, according to the specific requirements of customers, the number of single LED, tailored to the arrangement as well as the warm white and cold white LED ratio.

If the application is highly concentrated in the spotlight on you can simply add two appropriate optical elements. Because the Oslon Pure compact size and directional light, two optical elements can be very small, which means that the whole solution can save more space and cost.

The exhibition in the exhibition is the prototype of the CRI-80 version, the first listing in May. In the autumn of this year listed CRI-90 version. (Editor: LED James)
