A few days ago, the OSRAM board of supervisors renewed its chief financial officer, Ingo Bank and chief technology officer Stefan Kampmann. The contract for the two of them will expire next year, and OSRAM has decided to renew it for 5 years until the summer of 2024.
Peter Bauer, chairman of the OSRAM board of supervisors, said, "Ingo Bank and Stefan Kampmann have successfully managed their respective areas of responsibility, and the company's entire operational and technological aspects are moving forward. They formed a very efficient team with the Executive Committee. "I believe the executive committee will succeed in building the next stage of transformation."
Five years after the renewal of the contract of chief executive Olaf Berlien in February 2017, the two renewals marked the confidence of the board of supervisors in the future development and growth of the company.
Note: OSRAM chief technology officer, Stefan Kampmann, is 55 years old and has a Ph. D. in physics. She joined OSRAM in July 2016. Previously, it was engaged in the technology industry, mainly in Germany and the United States.
Ingo Bank, chief financial officer of OSRAM, is 50 years old and has a MBA degree. She joined OSRAM in September 2016. Previously, it was mainly engaged in lighting industry in Holland and overseas. (Editor: LED net James)
