PCB plans to raise 1.2 billion yuan to increase investment in MLED display clean room projects

On the evening of May 26, PCB System Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "PCB") released a plan to issue A shares to specific targets in 2026. According to the plan, the company plans to raise a total of no more than 1.2 billion yuan, and the funds will be used for special engineering construction projects in high-tech industries and to supplement working capital.

Among them, 840 million yuan is planned to be invested in six major high-tech industry special projects, and the remaining 360 million yuan will be used to supplement working capital. The total investment of the six major projects is approximately 1.321 billion yuan, involving the two major fields of integrated circuits and new displays, and the implementation locations cover many key industrial areas in China.

In the field of new displays, the investment projects of PCB mainly include clean rooms and secondary distribution projects.

Among them, the total investment of the XXXS505856 new display factory clean room project is about 330 million yuan, of which 250 million yuan is planned to be raised. The construction period is about 17 months, and the implementation location is located in South China; the total investment of the XXXS505656 new display factory clean room project is about 231 million yuan. Yuan is planned to be invested in raising 150 million yuan, the construction period is about 13 months, and the implementation location is in East China; the total investment of the XXXS590459 new display factory secondary distribution project is about 184 million yuan, and it is planned to invest and raise 80 million yuan, the construction period is about 46 months, and the implementation location is in Southwest China.

BCH's main business is clean system integration services for high-tech industries. Its business content covers consultation, design, procurement, construction, system debugging and operation and maintenance of clean factory projects. Its service areas include semiconductors, new display and other industries. The company stated that the projects corresponding to the funds raised this time have obtained bid winning notices, or have signed engineering contracts or orders with relevant general contractors and owners.

Regarding the industry situation, PCB mentioned in the plan that with the development of consumer electronics, smart vehicles, wearable devices and other applications, as well as the continued advancement of OLED, Mini LED, Micro LED and other display technologies, the new display industry still has production line construction and expansion needs. At the same time, as an important infrastructure for semiconductor and new display manufacturing, clean rooms’ market demand is closely related to changes in capital expenditures in downstream industries.
