Jinko Electronics, which dares to be the first, abandons the "means" of low price and low quality to seize the market, embarks on the medium and high-end development path of standardization, and carries out the research and development of standard optical component projects. Through continuous efforts and innovation, Jinko Electronics has made progress step by step. It first launched Level 1 products of LED lighting standard optical components to lay a solid foundation, and then continued to attack LED indoor lighting standardized optical components and develop Level 2 products. "Ceiling light components", "GX53 interface downlight components" and "HV series power-free light components" are the "research results" of hierarchical two-light components for indoor lighting. They launched a strong attack in the first and second quarters of this year, setting a benchmark for their peers.
The HV series of power-free optical components is the star product currently being built by Jinko Electronics. The product form of this component is "PCB board + IC + high voltage light source + terminal block". Compared with similar products on the market, it has four major advantages:
1. HV high voltage light source: HVS630 light source is used. Multi-core series connection 18-20V@25mA, color rendering index up to 80, light efficiency up to 120lm/W;
2. Power supply integrated design: remove the traditional AC-DC switching power supply, no need for electrolytic capacitors, transformers and other components, and support direct input of voltage AC180-240V/60Hz, which is also the biggest feature of the HV series;
3. High PFC and high efficiency control: using linear segmented current control and compensation patented technology, ±3% precise constant current output control IC, 500V high-voltage process technology, ESOP-8 package, PF greater than 0.9, efficiency greater than 90%, effectively reducing the cost of the original switching power supply, with over-temperature protection function, automatically reducing to 50% power or turning off power output when reaching the set 120°C limit temperature;
4. Customizable design: simple structure, easy installation, and product specifications can be customized according to customer product needs.
This light component product is mainly used in indoor lighting and commercial lighting fields, such as bulbs, downlights, etc. Even for home use, it can be easily installed and replaced according to the installation instructions, meeting the needs of modern families for humanized products.
Set sail in Shanghai to advance the process of optical components
Jinko is based in the mid-to-upstream of the LED field. In addition to continuing its efforts in the first and second levels of LED lighting standard optical components, it will also actively carry out the development of optical component level three products and gradually establish the brand of LED device light sources, optical components, and light engines for lighting. The series of ceiling lamp optical components and dimmable components under development - RF wireless dimming and segmented dimming products will also be launched on the market in the third and fourth quarters respectively.
According to the relevant person in charge of Jinko Electronics, the market response to the standard optical components corresponding to Level 1 is very good. Orders have increased steadily since this year. The monthly production and sales volume of low-power 3014 is 40KK, and the monthly production and sales volume of high-power ceramic product 3535 is 3KK. Jinko's standard optical component series products made their debut at the Guangzhou International Lighting Exhibition in June this year, which also caused a huge response in the industry and initially outlined a new blueprint for lighting optical component products.
From September 3rd to 5th this year, Jinko Electronics will set sail again, bringing its star products of the LED lighting standard optical component series to the Shanghai International Lighting Exhibition (Booth No.: Hall W4 G16) held in the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
