Tallahassee district reform office is located in Tallahassee area center location, Tallahassee Avenue and West Lake road at the corner of the construction of government office building project. Lot land area of about 18100m2, the project construction area of about 23109m2. Users include building new district office, Tallahassee Land Bureau, Planning Bureau, city investment company. The new office building will be the first new important symbol of modern architecture.

The building was designed by ZNA architects responsible for the increase in people how to create the public space in the first place, a huge arc for the longest interface is established between the first floor of the exhibition hall and outdoor plaza space, so that people can enjoy the outdoor gallery exhibitions space model and displayed in the room. The open space with the spatial distribution in the arc curtain wall also provides a more comfortable and relaxed working environment for the users of the building.
