SHARP 10 generation LED color filter and the whole plan to postpone

It is reported that SHARP, July 30th issued a press release announced that due to the relevant procedures required time than expected, so the company and letterpress printing (Toppan Printing Co.), Japan (DNP Dai Nippon Printing printing; Co.) and the 10 generation panel plant in Sakai City color filter (CF; color filter) plan time from the original estimate of August 1st postponed to August 31st, this is the whole time and plan to complete second degree delayed.

According to SHARP pointed out that after the completion of the CF and the whole plan, SDP will also be issuing new shares of relief and DNP, when Terry Gou and SHARP SDP shareholding proportion will drop to 37.61%, while the relief, DNP will hold 9.54% stake, SDP holds a 5.70% stake (from the acquisition of Sony stake).
