Semiconductor lighting integrated standardization system

The technology system of integrated standardization for semiconductor lighting is of practical significance to guide the development of semiconductor lighting standards, regulate market behavior, and promote industrial progress. With the continuous development of the industry, the standardization of the technical system will continue to enrich and improve.

Comprehensive standardization system refers to the use of the way of thinking and methods, in order to achieve the optimal overall standard object system for the purpose of the industrial chain link technology and products as the standard object, in field, system development and implementation of standards as a means of advanced standardization means.

The comprehensive standard of semiconductor lighting general idea: to serve and support the semiconductor lighting industry development goals, adhere to the "management system, key breakthrough, enhance the overall innovation" principle, standard methods, integration of resources, collaborative division of labor, strengthen the standardization system of top-level design, improve the semiconductor lighting standards frame system to develop device, module, light source and lamp standards as the focus, to develop collaborative epitaxial growth, chip manufacturing, packaging, raw materials, spare parts, lamps, supporting products, technology, production preparation, test methods, complete system standard, strengthen the standards implementation of semiconductor lighting standards, to regulate the development of the industry, promote the the sustainable development of China's semiconductor lighting industry.

The integrated standardization system of semiconductor lighting is divided into 3 subsystems: "general standard" and "material and equipment", "chips and devices", "lighting equipment and systems". The system consists of four parts (see Annex 1). General standards include semiconductor lighting terminology, semiconductor lighting technology products in the production, circulation and standards to develop a unified and coordinated role. The 3 subsystems are divided according to the industrial chain, and each subsystem is subdivided according to the product type.

At present, a total of 193 standard items related to the standard system of semiconductor lighting. Including: has promulgated 54 standards (GB 41, standard 13, see Annex 2), including general materials and equipment standard 2, standard 13, standard 16 chips and devices, lighting equipment and system standard 23, the current standard 50, need to amend the standard 4 A; is studying the development of the 73 standards (GB 52, standard 21, see Annex 3), including material and equipment standard 40, standard 12 chips and devices, lighting equipment and system standards 21; to study and formulate the 66 standards (see Annex 4), which need to be set 32 item (GB 28, standard 4).
