The "Plan" also proposes to continue to gather domestic and foreign innovative elements and industrial resources to stimulate market vitality and build an industrial development system integrating display panels, substrate glass, complete machine preparation, video display control, intelligent display terminals and diversified innovative services. By 2030, the technological innovation system will be basically mature, 20 key technological achievement transformation projects will be promoted, 100 industrial ecological enterprises will be gathered, and the annual scale of industrial innovation clusters focusing on new display manufacturing and related service industries will reach 60 billion yuan.
